亞洲手機晶片龍頭聯發科（2454）敲定11月1日（周五）舉行線上法說會，公布第3季財報和第4季營運展望。法人預期，聯發科第3季每股稅後純益將挑戰6元以上。

聯發科第3季營收為390.07億元，季增17.2%，順利超越財測高標，並改寫單季新高水準。由於四核心晶片出貨占比拉升，法人預估，聯發科上季毛利率有機會落在中間值43.5%以上，單季每股獲利將上看6元以上，續優於第2季的5.01元。

展望第4季，雖然中國大陸智慧型手機需求平平，不過，聯發科在市占率部分獲得提升，加上平板電腦晶片將放量出貨，成為本季營運重要動能，市場看好該公司第4季營收季減幅度可收斂在一成以內。

行政院長江宜樺上午參訪台達電桃園研發中心，創辦人鄭崇華親自接待，他說，看到當前政局感到很難過，如果自己在江宜樺的位子上，他會瘋掉，事情還沒做，天天被人罵。他認為現在社會指有批評沒有表揚，但批評過頭，會傷害國家士氣，社會風氣應該反轉過來。

鄭崇華說，反對者聲音很大，反對者到底占多少比例，可是大部分的人在工作崗位上都很努力，卻屬於沉默的一代，不喜歡出風頭或罵人，他看到現在的局勢，就覺得很傷心。他希望政局盡快回復平靜，通過總預算，讓政策可以推動。

出國旅遊不能少了網路，不少人去日本都會買張b-mobile的3G SIM卡。現在不需要在日本下單、日本取貨，台灣角川即將代理b-mobile網卡，在台灣就能購買，帶去日本直接使用。5天吃到飽的版本只要2880日元，折合新台幣約864元。

3G、LTE網路吃到飽

b-mobile這次推出的「台灣VISITOR SIM」預定於11月上市，將由台灣角川代理。預定售價是2880日元，折合新台幣約864元。若覺得5天不夠用，亦可追加天數，每天600日元，約新台幣180元。相較於台灣電信漫遊，若不在乎無法播打電話，只是要使用網路的話，使用當地服務會比台灣電信漫遊便宜。b-mobile的台灣VISITOR SIM採用吃到飽模式，且支援3G與LTE網路。該卡使用的是NTT DoCoMo網路，並有標準、Nano、Micro版本的SIM卡可挑選，可搭配各種手機使用。但依照筆者的經驗，由於該網卡僅提供數據連線，而不提供通話功能，在某些手機的特定韌體底下可能會無法運作，仍得參考相容性規格表會比較保險。

台灣取貨、免開卡即用

最初b-mobile網卡需要手動開卡才能使用，後來則是提供免開卡版本。目前每年赴日旅遊的台灣人次達到200萬人次，明年可能提高到240萬人次，也使得當地電信業者欲搶占台灣商機，與台灣角川合作，可在台灣購買、免開卡，到日本裝上即可使用。
